Four of us went in yesterday, no one was around. We talked about what we wanted for 5 minutes then waited for service. We head someone talking in the back room, and she showed up a few minutes later on her cell phone. We asked her for our orders, she told us she didn't have certain bubbles to make the features advertised on the feature board. Had a handmade raspberry iced tea, very good, tried bubble tea, good, but an acquired taste
