they tried to serve me a chai with spoiled soy milk several times and told me that sometimes it is just lumpy. I only drink soy milk and got this drink at many other stars dozens of paints and never once was full of pieces. the manager grabbed me and was extremely rude when I explained soy milk should not be clumpy.
