Ordered ahead on the app and then got held up and didn't make it there quickly. When I arrived to pick up my order at the counter, they realized the food had been sitting a while and voluntarily switched out my cold fries for fresher ones without me asking. Foods always cold the Manger has no manners dosent look at you or even say thank you. Last 4 or 5 times i been in theyve been so backed up with customers inside because no one eants to work the counter. Coffees been cold every time I come and they're always backed up on orders.
