My boyfriend and I decided to get ice cream pretty late and this Carvel was the only place still open. The flavors were pretty limited. I asked for cookie dough and Reese peanut butter cups for toppings. They were pretty stingy with my toppings because I barely had any. I don't think I'd return. View all feedback.
