3/15/2021: papa rich is permanently closed and replaced by tasty moment entrees are quite tasty, but portions are a little small. the waiting staff was slow. the kitchen crew was fast. the restaurant itself is clean and looks good. skip the ice dessert with the big picture in the menu. the taste is very similar to the chocolate karamell hard sweets. the toppings tasted old and date. the syrup taste tasted strong like fake sugar.
