What Bear doesn't like about Cafe Mosaics:
The amount of extra fees they charge is INSANE. Mandatory 18% tip for our group of 6 people. $0.25 cents per takeout bowl we used. And another 3% visa charge fee GSTThis wasnt fine dining and service was mediocre at best.
