Ordered 8oz sirloin medium rare and it came well done, veggies looked great but were terribly undercooked. Partners chicken Cordon Blu tasted like sausage?, veggies were undercooked as well. Cooked another steak and nuked the veggies, chef??? cut into new steak to verify it was prepared right.
