I've been in Second Cup franchises across Canada and I'll tell ya folks, your business there can't survive if you're selling poorly made lattes that are prepared by untrained staff. A lukewarm coffee with no foamed topping and some caramel drizzle that immediately sinks to...the bottom is not a properly made Corretto….. and it ain't worth bucks. View all feedback.
