very busy tonight despite the Covid-19 escalation friendly, attentive staff. the Christmas menu was nice and well cooked. it is good pub food at a reasonable price. we called back with a big group of friends and all loved their decisions. Very friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately there was a group of loud, drunk, foul mouthed locals who spoilt any ambiance. None of which was addressed by the busy staff. We realise this is difficult, but surely everyone is entitled to enjoy their evening. Perhaps it isn't a good idea to mix drinkers with diners until later on in the evening. We were there 7.30 onwards. Food was ok for pub food. View all feedback.
