My wife and I did not have a good experience on our visit to Galileo's. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food. I finally asked the hostess where our food was. Moments later our food was brought to our table. When we were seated we were told we had to wait 15 minutes to place our order. I guess that should have been our clue to go elsewhere.
