I ordered the drip coffee and asked if it was fresh. I was told it was fresh when I got my coffee it was warm. I asked them if they could microwave my coffee and when I received it it was still warm. When I asked them to microwave the coffee they didn't inquire why. It is an embarrassment to any coffee place for a customer to request coffee to be microwaved. read more.
