Rita's just catered a celebration of life luncheon for my mom. This was a difficult time for me, and Rita's made everything so easy for me. The luncheon was held at St Therese's Parish. The company catered my grandsons baseball closing ceremonies. The food was excellent. They offered 3 kinds of TJ tacos, complete with guac and onions chips and salsa. My problem was with the service. there were clearly 500 plus people at the event and it took at least 30 minutes standing in the hot sun to get your plate.
