Not really mexican. My enchiladas verde suck. They had tomato pieces inside and celery. A real enchilada will be the sauce, meat, cheese and tortilla. The sauce no flavor at all. I understand not everyone eat spicy. To me its just an insult to my culture. View all feedback.
