This is the second time I have been served a cold burger and it wasn't even a rush hour. It's as if they are in such a hurry to move you through that they don't follow cooking guidelines. The bun is cold, not room temperature but cold, and not toasted either. The burger itself is also cold inside. It's cold enough that the cheese is stiff. Food was great when they first opened.
