1. The workers were understaffed2. Lines were long3. Rude workers4. This worker named Danny . Ruined the experience for me when I wanted to just learn more about what they had , he was so rude about it and unenthusiastic.5. Hence the terrible service ?6. Another worker barely even talked7. The chicken was bland and dry and cold8. The pita chips I got were cold and stale. If I wanna spend money on some chips, best believe they better be warm, crunchy, crispy, and splendid. This did not do it for me.9. The other times I've been here was different and better .
