As we entered we did not see the sign that today was the last day of the business being open. Upon being seated we were told everything is fresh so we decided to give it a shot. Worst idea ever. I ordered a Filet Mignon, medium rare, with steamed broccoli and buttered mushrooms. I can honestly say I do not believe I have ever ate a dry Filet Mignon but today was that day.
