A more refined restaurant within the beautiful old town Erie. Dishes were beautiful but could be seasoned more aggressively. Drinks were well made. Id eat here again. What Helen Kelly doesn't like about 24 Carrot Bistro:
The food is always well cooked and fresh. Of late the lunch prices are way up and portions way, way down. My friend had two crab cakes listed in entrees, not even a salad. Mine was similarly sparse about two ounces of steak where it has always been about six, and the sslad for $15 filled half a soup bowl. Pity. What was excellent value for money is diluted.
