I used an application to find this hotel to park for my week trip all over. When I arrived it looked like a regular holiday inn but once I stepped inside it was a Wow factor the decore and lobby are very nice and the staff were great ity was so east to show my barcode give the front desk person my name and then she said I could park wherever. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel, on our way to Maryville, TN . This hotel was a last minute booking change, and was ok for an overnight stay. The room was adequate, greatful for late checkin, as it was well after check in hours. Eric took great care of us, with check us in late, informing us of events happening in area.
