We gave this a second try and this time realised how ill conceived the menu is. I’m sure the chef can cook but has a lousy pallet, the flavours just don’t go together, for example the salmon sashimi is completely drowned by the beetroot sauce, and the scallops did not sit well with burnt aubergine and a very vinegary meurnier sauce. Also scallops tasted as though they had been cooked sou vie no caramelization at all... View all feedback.
