There was a man sleeping with his head in the counter by the register. They don 't take card or have an ATM. I ordered fried rice for 8.95, and a philly till for 5 dollars with no drink and the cashier told me $22.95 so I asked how and pointed at the items on the menu and her answer remained the same.
