Everything is great, but their pre-made burgers are the absolute best. The 8oz Brisket/Bacon/Cheddar always impresses anyone who tries one. Their 4oz 'regular ' burgers are probably 80/20 in meat/fat and are delicious because of that. You need to be careful cooking them as they may flame more than you are used to. View all feedback.
