I rated this location a 3 because majority of the time I come, they have excellent customer service. The workers are usually nice they are fast with my drinks. However, the last two times I have gone, the workers were rude. One of those times, she wouldn't let me use my rewards just because she already typed in whatever she typed in didn't want to go back.
