Booked this reservation via Open Table, as I have done dozens of times. The receptionist had no record of the reservation and was unwilling to look on the computer, which required a 4 second walk. It took 20 minutes for a server to take our drink menu and the food was marginal to average at best. I will never go to this restaurant again. View all feedback.

We showed up for our reservation and were greeted with, you are not in the book. Which we replied we used open table about an hour and a half ago....Oh, once we open up, we do not check the computer for new reservations. We have another party infront of you amd it will be approx 15 mins..... After we were seated it took approx 90mins for our meal, app, salad and entree.
