Our waiter wasn’t very knowledgeable about their vegan options and didn’t offer to ask either. But with a little help of reviews, their online menu and their paper menu we figured it out. They have vegan chorizo which they can use in any dish. I had the Chorizo and the Al Pastor Mushroom Tacos which tasted very good. Same can be said about the vegan pozole rojo.
