I have honestly never written a review but I had to hop on here. Excelsior for years has known the KFC/Taco bell to not have the best reputation. But I went today and had the best service ever. The woman that took our order was extremely friendly and madeus feel welcome. The food was fresh and fast. I feel like the whole place had a makeover and I hope they keep it up. Verysatisfied!
