I won’t be going back here. I’ve been a return customer for the past few years. Today, for the first time, I tried to use their reward app, which showed that I earned a free large pho. When I tried to redeem it through their payment system, the reward didn’t go through. When I asked the manager, he pretended not to speak English and said “huh?” and refused to give me any free reward. That’s very bad customer service.... View all feedback.
