If they are going to use a third party service like Open Table to make reservations, then someone should be checking them properly. I specifically made a reservation for the Holly Jolly Lounge and was sat in the regular dining room. The point of going here was for the Christmas ambiance and that note on my reservation was completely overlooked. If was my first time there so I thought that was it. I was very disappoin...
