We love Mecha. This was the first time we've stopped at the Fairfield location and we were impressed. Pushed back off the road in a plaza allowed us to sit outside peacefully. First let me say the staff are wonderful. They are always pleasant and helpful. Kind and generous. However every single time we start choosing takeout my son says Mecha and i cringe. There is always a problem trying to order online and the owner refuses to allow phone in orders. I spend 10 minutes with them on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue.
