Honestly, a 10/10 they are so respectful, helpful and kind. Every time I go, they give my puppy a pup up and that’s his favorite thing in the world. On top of that, I recommend going to this specific Starbucks for when you ask for extra drizzle because they in fact actually give you extra drizzle (unlike other Starbucks) and that’s my favorite part of my iced caramel macchiato drinks. This Starbucks is terrible! The drinks are so bad, no matter what kind you order. Even the food items are usually over cooked or taken out too early. I’d be surprised if they could get a cup of water right. Most of the workers don’t seem to be trained on how to treat a customer or how to make a drink.
