It knew the assignment. Cabin diner feel with a friendly staff and large menu. We did the breakfast and it certainly lived up to the hype. Would recommend getting one of their hispanic inspired dishes it seems to be their expertise. Pancakes also slapped. View all feedback.

We always have depended on stopping at the Burro Cafe for lunch on our trips to CO and return to New Mexico. Unfortunately, the Burro no longer exists. It is now Casa Sanchez and serves Mexican food. It does have a full liquor license but I would rather have the Burro back. View all feedback.
