so many salat bar choices with tons of vegan toppings. many vegan dressings are also available, although I simply hummus and balsamico vinegar on my. Bummer thing is the grilled vegetables are all made with butter, so for the veggie trio on their only choices were steamed brokkoli and baked carrots (both flat no butter.) but unlimited trips into the salatable keep them full and satisfied! do not order the amazing burger, unless they are vegan. we didn't know, and when we stabbed it, it was terrible. we then asked if we could get a cattleburger to whom the waitress said yes. we asked her if she had to bring back the vegan burger and she said no.
