I just waited thirty minutes in the drive through for one drink that I mobile ordered. The order was set to be ready at 11:35 and I didn’t get up to the window and have my drink until 11:57. The workers were super friendly but the wait was unreal. I’ve worked in food services and I understand rushes, but this wasn’t a rush, there was only two cars ahead of me and one behind me.
