In a nutshell, ordered my food in the Bountiful drive-thru, was asked to wait in a pickup spot that was already occupied. Waited 30 minutes in a different stall and wasn’t served. Went back through the drive-thru and spent 12-15 minutes waiting while the staff did the equivalent of nothing.
