Been going to the Bourbon Butcher since it opened, the last 2 years the food quality has gone downhill, the portion size and taste is just not there anymore. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich which was mostly Texas toast and very little pork. Friend ordered Butchers Melt, supposed to have Swiss and Cheddar cheese, garlic Mayo and sautéed onions, no Swiss cheese, no garlic Mayo and the onions were raw. View all feedback.
