Chicken was hot and good but I think prices were higher than usual. I asked for water for my drink and usual I get a. large cup of water but this time I was given bottled water and charged for it. The staff were very nice but the Cole slaw and mashed potatoes ere not very good. We love KFC but were disappointed today. View all feedback.

Bad customer service. I tried to order last night it was a little after 9pm and they were still open when I pulled up to the drive thru they said their monitors were down come back in 10 minutes. So I said ok I came back 10 minutes later the guy on the speaker tells me that their register is down come back in 30 minutes.
