The smoothies here are perfect. I got the Sunrise Sunset with my Thai chicken wrap and it was absolutely perfection. It was pretty huge too, particularly since it only cost an extra $4.59 to add it to my wrap. The cookies were pretty good too. What Erica Johnson doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I come here frequently, and I love their smoothies. I do notice, a consistent lack of communication between the employees. Today 7/14 I waited 20 minutes for two adult and one child smoothie. During that entire time, there was zero communication among staff. I think today would have gone more smoothly if they worked more as a team rather than individuals. Team work makes the dream work, and I wish I saw more of that. View all feedback.
