After an average meal at Bamboo we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent food, service and atmosphere at Aquazure. Our waitress Georgia was fantastic, she recommended her favourite choices for a 6 course tapas which was perfect amount of food for two.The highlights were the coconut prawns, the kingfish and the tuna. What Mckenna Ward doesn't like about Hayman Island:
First night we had dinner here more the Spanish tapas style and we really enjoyed it. We also had some lunches but that was below level for a One and Only pool lunch. Normaly I alway expect in top hotels a real nice burger at the pool restaurant, here nothing special. Again as for the whole island service really poor.
