I bought the cake for my husband’s birthday because he loves Red Velvet; the inside was lovely and moist—delicious; however, the red fondant on the outside was not tasty at all. It ruins the cake and tastes ,like a chemical. We had to cut around the cake so take off the fondant. It was not a pleasant experience.
