Firstly, I went with my girlfriend and we were sit next to a table (less than 15cm) with another couple having dinner, it was a bit awkward, but we were OK with that. We ordered bistecca di scottona (medium cooked) and tagliatelle. The bistecca came not very hot and low cooked but we gave it a try and started eating.
