Disgusting bagel. They advertise having hot bagels, yet when I ordered one (and even got it toasted! , it came out cold. My clumps of cold, hard cream cheese would not even melt. Manager did nothing to rectify situation when I called to complain. Said the bagels come out at 7:30 AM. Guess you can 't get one of the hot bagels they boast unless you show up at the crack of dawn.
