Placed a phone order for a special order/custom cake a week in advance, paid over the phone by card as well. Cake was ready for pickup before I needed it and was made exactly the way it was requested to be. Details matter and they didn 't miss a beat! I took my son and his friend for some ice cream on a Saturday night and I didn’t like this carvel at all. The girl behind the counter was nasty to the kids and the overall atmosphere wasn’t welcoming or friendly. The guy wasn’t much better, both were rude as if they were doing the kids a favor.
