I'll make this short and sweet. This is a small family owned business, and I love supporting that more than the big corporate ones. It just happens to be the best Pho place in Folsom. I'm talking about the soup here for the most par. Everything else is solid as well, but this place def beats all other pho places in Folsom easily in the broth category. Eat here with family, ordered bun bun hue and the noodle still hard and the soup is not much taste. Only can taste the chili sauce. My family member ordered a combo pho and also pretty much tasteless. Like watered downed pho.
