Located inside Waipahu Festival Marketplace. I always have the Goto (rice porridge with beef intestine and tripe) topped with crispy garlic, green onions and calamansi. Good portion, I couldn't even finish the whole bowl. I also wanted to get the Tokwa't baboy but they didn't have it (not sure if they didn't serve it that day or sold out).
