Just come back from a short break at the Roebuck. While there is no denying that the hotel rooms need some renovation as they are looking tired and in places in need of some repair etc.. The fact that all the Roebucks staff provide really excellent customer service, are genuinely friendly and that it is VERY clean is a massive plus..
