Unfortunately, this is the only Potbelly in the Fort Wayne area. I've been here several times and they were unfortunately close, even if the hours of the operation say they're back up. I understand that they are short staff and not their fault. Recently I could go earlier, but I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my order with only two families before me.
