In summer and mostly autumn, this BK has a 'made to order' type of service. Sure, we'd wait 10 minutes, but almost every time I eat here, the food was hot and fresh. I liked that. Now that winter it seems the BK is under new management and back to it with the fast service where half the time your food warm / uncorrected and the other half it is over boiled /dry as it sits.
