The Palate is one of the best restaurants in Fredericton. I always enjoy both their lunch and dinner menu. They have a homemade soup and sandwich special everyday at lunch that are always tasty but my favourite lunch is the stir fry with the coconut curry sauce. For supper the salmon and garlic mashed potatoes are superb. I have tried salmon at many restaurants in both the US and Canada and I haven't found one better... View all feedback.

My sister and I ate at the Palate for dinner. The caesar salad was good, the chowder was great. The special, lamb sausage creamy pasta was good. The waitress recommended the perfect wine. Nothing to write home about, but definitely don't regret! View all feedback.
