Mcdonald's - Fremont

I do not think I will ever go back to McDonald's on West state street Fremont Ohio I got a flay of fish I was in line for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I finally got my cold flavor fish it was so hard around the outside I had to break it into and eat it from the middle and could not eat any of the outside area just ridiculous. A coworker of mine went in to ask for his hash brown that he paid for but was not included in his order. A young man at the counter proceeded to berate him claiming he just wanted it for free! Very rude and uncalled for. My coworker returned with his receipt to show he had paid for it and wasn’t trying to steal anything.
