We once got takeout, right after they opened a couple years ago. This experience was consistent with what we remember. We ordered the shoyu and a tonkatsu both with chashu and a soft boil egg. We love the chew of the noodle! Both broths were good, not didn't have anything special about them. Overall a great experience. Service was quick! Restaurant was clean and simple. We went to their restaurant in river park and ordered the tonkatsu base ramen. It was our second time there and the first visit was great so we thought of coming back to order the same ramen. This time, our experience was horrible. We had our orders quick but they tasted nothing like the one on our first visit. Everything was very salty and we both came home feeling lethargic after.
