Beautiful harbor and a step back in time. The marina gives exceptional service. McMillin’s dining room is pricey but oh so good. It’s worth it! The flag ceremony is a nice tribute to Canada, United Kingdom, and the USA. Be warned, the canon will startle you along with most other observers. Nice little grocery store. We were staying elsewhere on the island and drove up to Roche harbor to check it out. What a bizarre place. It's basically all multi-million dollar yachts. There's a couple of overpriced restaurants. This is a good one to leave off your list when you are on San Juan island. View all feedback.
